Dream Diagnostic Center ("we," "us," "our") operates a diagnostic test booking platform. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website to book appointments, and how we use it.
Information We Collect
When you book an appointment, we collect:
- Your full name, age, and gender
- Your mobile number
- Your email address (if provided)
- The tests you select and your appointment date/time
- Payment details, processed securely through Razorpay — we do not store your card, UPI, or bank information ourselves
How We Use Your Information
- To confirm and manage your appointment booking
- To send you a booking confirmation and reminder via WhatsApp, using your mobile number and the Meta WhatsApp Business API
- To process your payment securely through Razorpay
- To notify our staff of new bookings so your appointment is prepared for
- To communicate with you about your appointment, such as rescheduling or delays, if needed
WhatsApp Messaging
We use the Meta WhatsApp Business API to send you booking confirmations and appointment details. Your mobile number is shared with Meta only for the purpose of delivering these messages. We do not use your WhatsApp number for marketing without your consent.
Payment Information
Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers. Please refer to Razorpay's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. Your information is only shared with the service providers necessary to operate our booking system: Razorpay (for payments) and Meta (for WhatsApp confirmations).
Data Retention
We retain your booking information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with medical record-keeping and legal obligations applicable to diagnostic centers in India.

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion of your data, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements we must follow as a diagnostic center.
